Nostos is run by Sheri Mehryar, based in Cyprus. Here is what we do with what you give us.
What we collect
Whatever you type into our forms: your email, and if you use the longer form, your name, phone number, area, and what you tell us about your home or your business.
Why
To reply to you, to match you with a service provider when we open, and to tell you when Nostos is available where you are. Nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you wouldn't expect.
Where it lives
In a database hosted in the EU (Supabase, Ireland). Messages you send us on WhatsApp are on WhatsApp.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we've had no contact with you for two years.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email s.mehryar@globalff.com and we'll do it within a week.
